Brad Emry is an Account Manager for R.E. Mason Company of the Carolinas and is based in the Charleston, SC office. He is a Chemical Engineering graduate from the University of Nebraska and worked in Applications Engineering and Marketing roles for Fisher Controls in Marshalltown, Iowa, for eight years prior to joining R.E. Mason Company of the Carolinas in 1992. In addition to account responsibilities, Brad supports the REM Services Act-Smart® products and is one of REM's FIELDVUE Champions.

Bruce Greenwald is currently the manager of the Project Execution Services group for REM Services. Bruce started his career with Dow Chemical in Freeport, TX, after graduating from the University of Kansas with a BS in Chemical Engineering in 1979. Bruce joined Fisher Controls in 1983 and has been affiliated with Emerson and REM Services for the last 24 years. Bruce's major focus has been on batch process control, primarily in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Bruce is a member of ISA, ISPE, and the World Batch Forum.

| Jeff Klatt - REM Services |

Jeff Klatt serves as both a Senior Asset Manager and Senior Field Service Engineer has been employed with REM Services since 1995. His responsibilities include diagnosing control valve performance issues, providing solutions for process and/or product related problems, specialized training, commissioning services, consulting services to plant reliability groups, and a full scale asset management program. Prior to employment with REM Services Jeff Klatt was the Manufacturing and Field Service Manger for the Fisher Service Company in Columbia, SC. During his five years with the Fisher Service Company he earned an ASNT Level III certification in LPT and established a N.D.E program for safety related products.
Jeff Klatt also worked from 1976-1990 for Fisher Controls, International in Marshalltown, Iowa. He began his career in the Nuclear Division as an Order Specialist managing large nuclear projects from order entry to shipment. He also served as a NDE specialist and Liaison Engineer providing troubleshooting services to the control valve, instrument, and regulator assembly lines. Jeff worked with design engineering to improve product designs. Jeff was also promoted to Manager of Supplier Quality and worked with 700+ worldwide suppliers to maintain quality standards of all purchased products.

| Mark Moore - REM Services |
 |
Mark joined REM Services, Inc. in August, 2005, as a Lead Installed Base Services Engineer, and is currently the Manager of Installed Base Services. He focuses on resolving customer issues, commissioning, backing up, and upgrading DeltaV systems. Mark has a BS and MS in Computer Engineering from Clemson University.
Mark began his career at Westinghouse Savannah River Company in November 1988. His initial assignment was in real-time physical security (access control, intrusion detection, and closed-circuit television) systems on VAX/VMS and VAXELN computers. After brief assignments in digital signal processing and reactor instrumentation, Mark became a manager of PLC/HMI development and maintenance. In the late 90's, Mark worked at Los Alamos National Laboratory developing control systems for a linear accelerator. His last assignment at the Savannah River Site was replacing the DWPF DCS, with a focus on specification requirements, vendor selection, and technical review and approval, and then maintaining the subsequent DeltaV system.

He has a MS in Mechanical Engineering and a BS is Aerospace Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. He has worked with instrumentation and process control systems for more than 26 years and has worked with process industries in the Carolinas since 1974.
Larry is the AMS Intelligent Device Manager Champion and a Plant Web Champion for Bus Technologies and has been involved with many AMS IDM and Foundation Fieldbus system installations. He also supports the Proof of Concept System at REM Services, Inc.'s offices in Charlotte, NC.

Leo Bello is a Principal Marketing Engineer and works for the Process Systems and Solutions division of Emerson Process Management. He joined Emerson in 1989 and has held positions in the areas of sales, business development and marketing with most of the focus in Latin America and the oil and gas industry. He is a native of Colombia and holds a BSEE from the National University of Colombia, and a MSEE in Automatic Control Systems from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Butch Dupuis is the PS&S Territory Manager for the Southeast. Butch joined Emerson Process Management in July 1996 to help start the Industry Solutions Oil & Gas team. In 1999, Butch transitioned to the Installed Base Services group as IBS Service Manager and later as a Services Marketing Program Manager. Butch has been responsible for developing and launching a number of SureService programs. He also spearheaded the DeltaV Total Cost of Ownership research that resulted in the creation of tools to help determine expected costs for any DeltaV system over its lifecycle.
Prior to joining Emerson, Butch worked for Gas Services, Inc. for 11 years as the Director of the Systems & Controls group that was engaged in turn-key systems integration for metering and control applications for the oil and gas industries. Butch also work for 6 years at UGC Industries, an instrumentation company (now part of EG&G Chandler) as the global service manager and is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.

Scott Flynn is currently the District Sales Manager for North Carolina where he assists customers in designing Asset Optimization solutions using CSI brand products and services. He has more than fifteen years experience in the machinery health field with a diverse range of responsibilities ranging from Online Applications to hardware support to using test equipment and schematics to troubleshoot instrumentation to the component level.
His positions as a Machinery Health Analyst, Hardware Support Manager, Services Coordinator, and Online Support Engineer for Emerson Process Management have given him a broad range of knowledge for multiple product lines. He is experienced in Nuclear, Pulp & Paper, Manufacturing, Chemical and Food Process technologies. In 2005, Arturo assumed his current Latin American role leading sales efforts for AMS Device Manager, AMS Asset Portal, and 375 Field Communicator throughout the region. He holds a Chemical Engineer degree from the "Universidad Iberoamericana" of Mexico and he is currently pursuing a MS in Chemical Engineering.
Arturo started his Emerson Process Management career in April 1994 with Fisher Rosemount Mexico as a PROVOX Technical Project Leader. From 1995-1997 he worked in Austin as Technical Leader for multinational automation projects. Arturo moved back to Mexico in 1997 to take on the role of Engineering Exports and Projects Coordinator. In 1999, Arturo worked for the Emerson LBP, R.S. Stover, as an Asset Manager at the Cargill corn milling facility located in Eddyville, IA. As the Cargill's Asset Manager, Arturo developed and implemented AMS Device Manager best practices for the execution of on-line diagnostics and troubleshooting, being able to quantify several million dollars in savings for the plant operation derived from the use of predictive diagnostic technologies.

Michael Miller is responsible for assisting customers in overcoming machinery health issues concerning rotating equipment. He has worked for the Machinery Health Management (MHM) of Emerson Process Management since early 2000. Before coming on board with MHM, he worked for over 17 years for Duke Energy.
